i did alittle more than u wanted, but here u go:

Yeah paint the whole wheel.

Imo that would only look good if you had the polished torque stars, and even then I'd paint the center gunmetal instead of black.

Umm yea...

I have seen a couple different people actually paint it like this before. The idea sounds nice but it appears that no one can pull it off perfect. I would vote to paint the whole wheel too.
