i'd just get new ones, you can find cheap ones off ebay:
chrome without reflector (euro's)
eBay Motors: 97-99 00 01 02 03 GRAND PRIX EURO CLEAR CORNER LIGHTS (item 360122038685 end time Jan-13-09 13:54:28 PST)
black with reflector:
eBay Motors: 97-03 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX BLACK CLEAR CORNER LIGHT+BULBS (item 310114616050 end time Feb-08-09 12:04:34 PST)
chrome with reflector:
eBay Motors: 97-03 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX CHROME CLEAR CORNER LIGHT+BULB (item 310111066715 end time Jan-22-09 12:22:40 PST)
I'm planning on attempting to make my own as well. Just have to get a spare set first because I don't want to take the chance on ruining the ones I have now. The cheap ones off ebay seem to break easily from what I have heard.
you have to bake them to soften up the sealants and then pry them apart. you then can remove the orange reflector and reseal them.
i dont like the look of them that way. real clear cornors have a white reflector so it doesnt look like there is something missing.
