I had the idea of changing the lights behind my dash to match the cover of my aftermarket deck. I removed the dash and had it all taken apart, got new bulbs and installed them. The thing is the stock bulbs are white and the cover is actually red ( the stock color of the gages).
Does anyone know where I could order a new plastic part to go over that would be clear, so I could get the blue color I was hoping for?

I have been looking around a little bit more and I have found this....

Its a White on black case, in which I believe it is what im looking for, can anyone give input on it just to make sure I have the correct one before I purchase it.

You could remove the film and install LEDs behind it. Or you could go with a custom aftermarket face from Mcnord. Photos in the gallery area.

I have the film off currently and blue lights installed behind it (194 blue lights, no LEDS). They still turn redish amber because of the film. Is there a place where I could buy a cheap film instead spending $100 or more on it?

Blue LED's will give you a true blue light than a blue bulb.

How would you go upon installing the LED's? I have ordered a set of LED's in which should be here in a few days, but the dash doesn't have LED's installed?
