GM made a special edtion style rear valance that only came on a few cars.

It's got fins and dual outlet, the only place to buy it is GM themselves or used from somewhere.

Not sure what you mean by sills for the top of your car.

Yes! Roof rails. I didn't know what they were called.and for the valance how do I go about talking with GM about getting one? I like the fins that are on it.

I still think the wheels and tires would be the best investment for the sportier look.
Some 18s and 8 or 8.5 wide tires will put the beatdown on the stock 16s
annnnnddd much easier to find for the money.

I second the wheels^ The SE packages and roof rails are very hard to come by and are so damn expensive, you'd spend more on the rails and panels than on a decent set of rims.

The rear valance is like 400 last time I checked then shipping then paint!!! Prob looking at about 600-700 bucks when all said and done.. that should be one of the last appearance mods imo... like others have said wheels first! That will drastically change the look of the car
04 Top-swapped, 3.2 pulley, ZZP 1.9 rockers w/ #90 springs,Mild P&P heads, Pacesetter Headers, Sseilmnop 2" Phenolic Intercooler with stage 3 HE, ZZP billet fuel rails, 42.5lb injectors, 3" full exhaust, all poly mounts, other supporting mods.
oh and weight addition mods: CTS-V brake upgrade, 14" GT500 rotors

Yup wheels first then worry about the lip.. Looks goofy when you have the lip and then those stock wheels.
