I bought an HID conversion kit off of ebay called Genssi for my 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and I got it for the 9007 bulbs and the 6000k bulb color. However, when I installed everything exactly as I was instructed to in the provided manual and started up the car, nothing happened. There was no light at all from either bulb, the only things that actually happened were the bulbs got kind of hot and the bulbs were sucked into the bulb holder through some kind of vacuum. I've tried everything from switching the pugs going into the ballasts to changing the fuse on the wire going to the positive battery terminal. Can someone please help, this went from an easy 45 minute install to 4 hours of debugging and testing theories!

I'd say try a relay harness but it sounds like you've done that. Next best option is send them back if you still can and buy a set from somewhere more reputable. Hopefully you can send them back after having messed with them so much.

If you are going to install HIDs then spend the money on them. Retro-Solutions Store I went with the digital brand 55w and they work perfectly. It came with the relay harness but I still sometimes have the issue of bulbs going out when I start my car. I think that is more of a battery problem since my interior lights also dim pretty hard when i start my car. But worth the money.

On the blue 3 pin socket, change them around till you find the right order, it's the most common thing with these ebay sets.

That usually only effects the hi/low beam function on Bi-Xenons to my knowledge.
