Does anyone know if seats from a 2004 GP are all power? Or if some are manual? The seats are not from a GTP. They have a regular headrest, not the triangular type headrest. Also, what size bolt hold down the seat? Or torx size?

15mm bolt
if you have the seats your swapping on hand, look at the front of the frame, its got hooks kinda. what i do is to move the seat forward, then remove the 2 bolts from the seat back, (unhook all the plugs under there) then lower the seat back. now lift the back of the seat up, the frame will lift up, with back lifted, now lift the front up, it should come out when you hit the right angle.
a flat head screw driver helps with them plugs under the seat, seat belt and air bag if you have that, it would be a yellow plug.
then you also need to take the seat belt strap off. i did in my regal, its just another 15 mm bolt if yours is like that. mine was under a plastic trim. you can still take the seat out with the strap hooked up, you just cant go far. pull it out find the screws for the trim, unbolt the seat belt.
the seat belt lock, where you make it click, and un lock it, make sure the new seats lock works with your cars seat belts, just saw a guy who had a problem with that. if they are not the same, you can take the ones off your old seats and use them.
forget the torx, use the 15 mm.
did the bolt move at all? if not its got thread locker on it, and the bolt is very hard to break free. try a breaker bar or small pipe on a socket wrench.
mine were quite hard to un thread the whole way, the first time i took them out.
I tried both. The both slip away.
I need a Harvey duty impact wrench i think.
thats pretty damn tight then. you using 6 point sockets? try a standard socket, maybe it will hold better.
i would avoid cutting the heads off, then you have the threads stuck in the hole. then try to drill it out, and re tap the threads.
both side are this tight, d river and pass seats?
silly but, your turning the bolts the right way?
