I bought spyder halo headlights and just installed about a week. My HID's didn't arrive until today. So I noticed with the stock bulb it had a cutoff and weren't even bright at all. My HID kit 6000k H1 from vvme got here and I installed it to the housing. One of them went in only and the other broke on the process?? How did this happen? And the worst thing is that I noticed the same view and cutoff as I did with the stock H1 bulb, The only difference is that I can now see blue. The bulb that broke only ripped that white stick going down and up the bulb. I don't mind ordering new once but I have a feeling it wont fit either. What do you suggest?
And also my headlights are really loose that I can even see them bounce in the road ?
    what should I do?

You messed up the bulbs yourself.. The bounce is normal.

You need to play with the angles to get the bulbs in without breaking the white part of the bulb. That's what I did when I used to own these lights.

I did this too - same headlights, and broke the ceramic coating on the wire - didn't break the wire itself and it still worked, but I ordered a new pair of bulbs and scrapped the broken one. My advice is to order another pair of bulbs (I replaced both the broken one and good one, but I guess you wouldn't have to), and be very gentle and wiggle them just a tad to ease them in - obviously make sure you've got the wire in the notch of the projector base, and just take your time.
