Just installed HIDs on my 04 GP GT and I read in another forum about unplugging the Daytime Running Lights plug, but I'm not sure what it looks like nor do I know where it is located. Have adapter harness, but it's bad, so I would like to unplug my DRLs to prevent damaging the ballast.

The DRL on your 04 is the parking light( the lower light in front) not your headlight so you should be OK with the HID's

First off...If you do not like what I post then pay me nomind... it cost you nothing. Secondly... as I said in your other post I DO NOTWANT TO CUT ANY WIRES!!! With that said if my question is not answered I willpost any questions I have when I want to, and if you do not like feel free andtry to make me stop!! Thirdly I already searched and saw there were a couple ofthread on the topic two of which you where a part off, but again since youapparently can not comprehend simple English none of the threads provided areasonable solution in my opinion. Stop acting like your GPF post policeofficer, and provide help if you will if not the move on.

Who was even talking to you... How about you move along. The amount of post I have are irrelevant and if I was mad my post would have been more aggressive. All he had to say from the get go was I have two options which were to cut them or leave them and I would have been fine. So all the extra keyboard typing was unnecessary.

Wow yea thats a great idea.... Join a forum and freak out on everyone... Good gravy.. IF someone told u how to do it, and you don't like their advice, then FIGURE it out on your own.... They didn't have to help u the first time... Why would they redesign their fix to suit you??

Had no problem with his initial answer (with his snide remark), but it didn't fit with what I was trying to do. So, I took my question else where, and he followed. Nor did I ask him to change/redesign his fix for me. I even post after he posted that the fix he directed me to would work for me. Just wanted to know if anyone's had any info about unpluging the DRLs, until my replacement part came. FYI...I am very appreciative when people have input that is helpful even if the information is not what I was looking for. It's all the extra posts by the groupie patrol that are very unnecessary.
