    might be the same as my car, down on the door sills, or around the edge of the doors, mines all surface so i'll have it fixed up

    Remove rust, chemically treat, paint.

    Or remove section of panel, weld new one in, paint.

    Or as above, new door.

    Goodluck, entire thing needs to be cutout and a new section welded in.

    600 to fill and repaint the area..that was the estimate. Im in no rush seeing that the rest of the car is fine. Under the car it looks like michigan

    Lol you need to completely cut it off and reweld on to get rid of it. "Filling" it won't do anything. It will just get worse.
