Man those look GOOD! I want to do something with the headliner in my GTP because the sunroof leaked a bit and there's water stains in it now.

The main ingredient is to use a proper upholstery adhesive. I use an industrial grade marine contact cement. Basically, once the two pieces touch that have the adhesive applied they will not ever come apart unless you tear it up (this makes doing the headliner especially difficult).

A lot more work went into the visors then you would imagine. There is a lot of work underneath the vinyl mainly consisting of "chip board" thats been adhered and blended on the edges to make them smooth. The first took me 4+ hours and the second took about 2 - 3 hours.

Wrapping around the corners of the pillars is pretty difficult as well. Requires heating with a heat gun and precision cutting + stretching to get it attached on the backside and make the edges look smooth and uniform.

Ill post some progress pictures of the pieces whenever I get everything assembled and interior shots taken.

Didnt I read somewhere you have plans on doing the dash too? That along with 04 plus seats would really really move the interior upscale on these cars. I kinda drool just thinkin about the whole thing being wrapped and not in suede either! Work so far looks excellent!

Where did the material come from also?

Ya, I wrapped the dash already. Ill have pics of that once it is all in the car.

Material came from a super large upholstery shop here in Houston.
