I love my projectors eversince I got them. They look great at day and even better at night. The light beam is 10X better than the stock lights and the halos look great also paired with LED bubls in the fog lamps.
The problem is the infamous bounce. First here's a picture of my projectors:

Now the problems is that they only hang from the two screws at the top and they have no support for the bottom part of the whole housing making it bounce up and down.
At first I used weather strip, I put it in between the lower part of the housing and the fascia, but the problem is that the weather strip is too soft and it wears off over time and becomes thinner and the fascia is also flexible and will give in under vibration.
The solution that I came up with is simple, just to get the housing to press against something more firm, in this case the chassis and I used rubber strips:
The housing of the projector is the one closest to the chasis and it's also the heaviest part of the whole assembly. So what I did for now is just use electrical tape to hold the rubber strips behind the housings corner. I used enough until the housing rested firmly over them and the chassis:
When you screw them back together, the housing will press against the strips and the chassis and will no longer bounce. You will notice it right away as when you try to move them with your hand they will be way more firm.
I just did this today I still need to try it at night and maybe find a better way to hold the strips in place, but it will probably not be necessary as they are held together with the housing.
I'm not sure if anything like this has been posted before in which case I didn't find it. The housing for spyder projectors seem to be different, but I don't have one to try it.
