TBH.... you should do a kit like this. Not this one in specific, but similar technology.

    http://www.amazon.com/Dowontech-ST80.../dp/B004Z1TISK

So all you need is the keyfob within a close proximity and just press the button. No putting the key in the column.

    And smile it's Blacktooth Grin!

Depends how long he's idling.. Ten second worth is generally what is considered enough to restart the car.

So how long are you sitting at lights? I don't see the benefit of saving gas? If you are driving 100 miles a day, is this all city driving? I am guessing your starter already hates you.....

Not trying to rain on your parade.... but I just can't grasp this... albeit a cool idea.... but not for gas savings.... carry-on....

Cool idea but I agree with Negative113, wire in remote start with a fob so you don't need a key at all.

so i have to move the hud switch so tried to do it w/o soldering by doing it w/ just electrical tape, so that ****ed up and now i had to start over
it pissed me off so much i will be driving teh bronco the next few days

    but new extension harness

shaved mounts on the hud switch

and what i'm driving till i get the hud back

also have fixed my fog switch w/ hot glue
also black rtv will hold the door handle plastic inserts in place if yours are broken
