Some cars the home-depot lip looks awesome on, some it doesnt.
Idk how the GP's would look with it...
Edit: To answer the OP's question.
Get some 3M double sided tape, and cut the garage door seal and tape to length. Then make sure the underside of the bumper is absolutely spotless, and prep it with some alcohol, or prepsolvent. Then apply the 'lip' with firm pressure, and use small, self taping screws that have large heads every 4-6 inches.
