I'm looking for a nice looking polished or chrome catch can. It must be small in size to fit in a very tight area. Probably light too, I maybe hanging it off my MSP box unless I can get one smaller. I would prefer some sort of viewing window to see the level inside.

    What are you guys running?

    full shot:

I love having it located over there again, cause now changing belts or that pesky #2 plug or wire is pretty easy to do now.

You need to sell me one of those Farns. There was also someone running a chrome type catch can on a monte carlo that looked extremely nice. But I would take one of Farns's cans too, I would just have to paint it.

That Monte carlo would be mine. Its pretty much as light as the stock one, but a little hard to squeeze it were I did.

I don't remember what I paid to tell you the truth. I got it as a leaking tank, and fixed it for almost nothing where it wouldn't anymore.

Believe it or not, it actually holds more coolant than the newer style factory one that sits on the right strut tower I used to have.

    JB Weld brotha!

They used clear resin epoxy which wouldn't even hold paper together. No wonder it failed on them. I was able to remove all their glue with a razor blade very easily. I notched the I.D. of the tank and the O.D. of the billet bosses so when it was installed the JB Weld would have something to grip to and not allow the bosses to spin when you were screwing in or out the fittings. Thats what I think they did was tighten or loosen a fitting and it broke the glue and make it leak. I added those drill index holes on each boss so I could hold the boss with some snap ring pliers while I tighten or unscrew the fittings, but so far, the JB Weld is holding strong enough, I haven't needed to hold them.

Them suckers are on there good now.

    Yessssssssssssssss.

And though its small, thin, and looks better than the '97 ones its ugly as hell inside and out. I liked it, so i did that upgrade years ago, but always hated it there in that corner cause it made it harder for me to work on my car. So...re did somethings for my set up. Mine is my new coolant reservoir.

Others use it as an extra reservoir for their inter cooler set up, as a way of either adding in ice, and additional liquid to the system since they don't hold very much fluid at all with out some sort of extra bottle for more volume.
