So I just got my '08 Grand Prix. I get it home and wash and wax it but it still has a really coarse feeling on the hood, roof, and trunk. I have a feeling it sat outside a lot. I'm thinking it has something with the clear coat because the color isn't faded. What would I need to do to get that smooth as glass feel again? Thanks for any help!

Wash, claybar, polish, polish, polish, wax.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

[QUOTE=SlowNA06;603083]Wash, claybar, compound, wax, seal, polish, polish. FIXED!

Polishing before wax wouldnt do nothing after you clay bar you should be left with nothing on the paint at all. Compound the paint 1st if its that bad then wax, seal/swirl remover and polish.
