Thread: Can you drive without cross bars (fender support bars) for a short tiem?

I was wondering if you can drive for a lil' while without those bars, cause i want to paint them tomorrow but have to work before they will dry. I work 1/4 mile away, the nit will sit for 5 hours and 1/4 mile on the way home. Just wondering, thanks.
