My bumpers on my 2000 gp are alot duller than the actuall paint on the car, I was wondering what can be done to shine these bumpers other than a repaint?

^^this^^. Get a good buffing compound and go at it. Once you remove the haze from the clearcoat, follow up with a good wax. Then just keep it waxed and it shouldn't come back. I have this issue w/ my dark blue 00 GT and this is what I did to bring it back. Let me guess, it's mostly on the top edge of both bumper covers right?
Also...what they said.
Though on my black car, in FL it was pretty bad, so I paid a paint/detail shop to cut and buff mine for $50.

I believe thats what hes talking about.
Last I checked NAPA had this or could at least order these products.
IMO Id clay bar it go to Harbor freight tools and get a variable speed buffer for like 30 bucks and then use some Meguires compound then go back over it with some Mothers paste wax. I preffer paste wax for top coat but to each their own.
Heres some pics of my Black 98 GP I did like a month ago and trust me these bumpers were crappy too with 180k on the car and live in MN ND the winters as hard on paint.

More pics in their if you look around. Pretty decent for like days work to do the whole car.
I just used turtle premium grade polishing compound and decided to get over zealous and finished up with that new lucas slick mist speed wax and Im totally impressed. ended up costing more than I wanted (around $25 with new towels) but the outcome was supreme.
