No. Bixenon in a projector is where the cutoff shield which creates the cutoff drops down, and the full beam is releases, which allows light to go higher in the air. The best part about bixenon projectors is that unlike traditional high beams you don't loose and of the light closer to your car, you just add more beam height.

yes hid planet has a ton of stuff...havent looked a whole lot but ive been there half a dozen times.
