Water/Moisture on Inside of Tail light

I know I need to replace this, but I am looking at a used one, is there a way to tell if the used one is any better than the one I have?
Or is there a way to fix the one I have?

Look for cracks in the back and reseal over existing seal.
Find new washers to replace the worn ones on the lights.
If you've got a crack on the back use sealant to cover it; if it's on the front sand the whole taillight, tint with nightshades and then take to an automotive paint shop and have clear sprayed. That will hide the crack and the clear should seal the leak.
debadged, clear corners, 20% tint, tinted tails, vibrant performance tips, red painted calipers, Fig. grills, autometer guages, PFYC 3 pod A pillar, SLP CAI, 2.5" DP, SD Hood, SD front air damn, Gen I spoiler, 17X8 Borbet Type M rims, engine upgrades soon!

Any easy ways of getting the middle screw out? Or do you have to undo the bolts that attach with the netting in the trunk?
If my pics are not working, please email me, I may have moved the pics on a different page on Photobucket. Thanks

Well I got around to looking at what is my problem. It appears that the plastic piece that fits flat is the problem. Pic 3 is the problem I think. I took all 3 of the bolts/wingnuts off and all three bulbs and about a 1/2 - 3/4 cup of water came pouring out. None from the bulb area, just from the area in front of the bulb. btw, the water was quite warm. I am letting it sit in the sun, I will try to rig it somehow, but knowing that I will have to probably buy a used one.
Any other ideas? I was thinking of putting some auto sealant over the plastic piece as I get it all secured.

I'd go to autozone and get glue all and reseal the spot and then add some extra around the outside edge of the crack. Wait and see if it returns.

Coat hanger with a papertowel wrapped around it and taped off so it doesn't fall off inside.

If that doesn't work then use the old swimmers ear trick. Take it off the car, dry what you can, pour some rubbing alcohol inside, swish around to break up water spots, sit in sun so water and alcohol can evaporate.

I tried all the suggested tricks. Nothing worked. The water is dried out, but now the clear outer shell is cloudy and white in some spots. I also notice a lot of cracks on the top part of the lens. I gave up and ordered new LED ones from RockAuto. BTW, the LEDs are only for the turn/brake lamps. The backup and running lights still use the original incandescent bulbs. So they say in the comments on Amazon.
