How should i go about removing the lens from the taillight so i can clean it out and reseal it? Don't say just tint it because i'm going to but it needs resealed because its shorting out from the water build up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dont take them apart. I dont think you can, what you can do is drill a SMALL hole in the bottom of the light housing and let the water come out. The lens might fog up so sit them in the sun for a few hours and then they should be clear and look like new. Dont reseal the hole its better for them to vent and you will never have the water buildup again.

P.S. Dont push to hard on the lens it might crack, let the drill do the work and keep it clean.

I drilled a small hole in the bottom of my tail light and it does vent sometimes, but definitely not "never having water build up again". of course its better than having a pool of water, but theres always condensation
