Ok just got my 01 GTP a week ago and was cleaning it out, seems like the previous owner liked mud and alot of it. I think there is dry mud inside my headlights. I was wondering if it would be okay for me to take the bulb out and use a wet cloth to clean it out. I tired washing the outside and using the scratch remover stuff. Its def on the inside. Any help would be greatly appreicated!!!

Best way if their hard to get at or really dirty is to heat up the housing and take the lense off the front and then clean them out but youd have to reglue the lenses back on of course. And do not seal the housing completly or they will fog up and water will build up in them. Lights absolutly have to be vented. And some people wonder why theirs always water in theirs.

take the bulb out, water in the back, good way to check for leaks at the same time, just make sure it is 100% dry in there before you put them back in, blow em out with an airgun or somthing, i did mine that way.,
