I picked up some wheel cleaner from Canadian Tire (their brand). There are a bunch of other ones out there including mothers, meguiars, simoniz, but they are a lot more expensive and I thought I'd give this one a try. We use a meguiars three step kit on our camaro a few times a year. it does a really nice job, but it is really expensive and takes at least a few hours to do. I've just been using deep crystal car wash liquid for washing wheels. Seems to do a pretty good job, but you really need a chamois or toothbrush to get into the corners really good.
