Hi I have 04 GP and back in Dec I was told by my mechanic that the bars that hold the side skirts on are totally rusted and it's just a matter of time before they go That being said, the side skirts are clipped onto those bars and when those fall of my car is going to look awful. Does anyone on here have suggestions or fixes to keep my GP looking nice?

Gotta love these midwest winters and all the crap they put on the roads.

in layman terms your rockers are rotted out and you should be looking for a new one soon.

people have used double side tape to keep em in place.

best to get under there and check for yourself just how rusted/rotted out it is under there.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

new rockers or a new car?

I am starting to see bits of rusted metal hanging down from the rocker.

Do you have any links or suggestions on where to look for one and how to replace them?

its the body of the car, its not a slap new rockers on. a new used car would be cheaper then getting this one repaired.

so you understand, cars a uni body, means the body is the frame, so your frame is rusting out.

I understand that it was the frame but didn't know if I could get that cut out and then replaced.

    - also how do I delete post on here?

you can if you got the skills to do it yourself. if not its cheaper to get another car.

    Yes, it's a difficult/costly fix.
