So I bought "street scene" grills on here from a member, finally got them and I don't believe there actually street scene there very poor quality and didn't come with clips but anyway there's chips in the paint which is just a metal color. How can I refinish these to make them look new again?

Sand repaint and clear and you can use small zip ties instead of the clips

OK will do! Is there a particular paint that would work best for this application? I usually use dupli color but I always used it on plastics

The main thing you'll want is chip resistance, obviously. DupliColor is as good as anything else in an aerosol can on that. 2K acrylic urethane refinish paint (what pros use) would last longer but cost a lot more. If you are featheredging a bunch of old chips by sanding, you may want to use a sandable primer-filler of the same brand as your paint... followed by more sanding... to help fill in the chips for a fresh look.
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

So found him although 183$ for the black primered grill is pretty pricey haha
