I got that filter from frozen boost with 3.5" inlet:
    Air Filter Media

It didn't stay on very long. It was all mashed into the upper radiator line to make it fit, so I took it off and put on a K&N cone with a 45-degree coupler.

Any pics? What size filter? Model #? Is it the zzp setup?

He's got a T72 stattama setup i think they came with that 90* elbow and filter. Pic on the previous page looks like the mushroom is touching the radiator but has a coupler extending it, if they make a filter size large enough to just fit on the turbo inlet that would be ideal. Our cartuning kits have the inlet or turbo at an angle pointing towards the headlight more.

Ya but it kicks the turbo forward like 3in. I can't find a K&N to fit in there without hitting the pcm or the headlight or the rad hose.

I took some pics of mine, but lost the cable to my camera.

Mines a K&N B035B4 filter, i can't find any info. on that #. It fits pretty good, but not sure what you would need since I have a PT61. I have 1 zip tie attached to the corner of the pcm and tightened so that it is wedged against the frame on the back of the headlight. It lays flat and hasn't moved, I have some header wrap on the wires close to turbo just in case.

    Flange 3"
    Bottom Outside Diameter 4.75"
    Top Outside Diameter 3.5"
    Top Style Rubber
    Length 5.75"
    Flange Length .75"
    Flange Angle 0
    Offset 0
    Search here:
K&N Universal Round Tapered Cone Air Filters

This one is probably the same as mine: RU-5111 - K&N Universal Air Filters, Universal Rubber Filter

You would just have to measure your inlet on your turbo and make sure the 3" flange will fit on there.

Here are a couple pics of the filter now. I think this is the filter that originally came from the Stattama kit. I'll try to find the product number if I still have the box around anywhere.

I had to cut the coupler a little bit to get the angle right. That coupler was originally a 90* bend.
