got a wideband in the car?

did this just start happening? or has it been a issue since your build was finished?

I just bought the LQ4 maf to put in because the MAF was running almost past 11500HZ. Possible spark gap issue im also wondering. Blowing the spark out?

Have wide band, fuel pump upgraded and #60 injectors. Its in the 11.2 11.5 range when this is happening.

I recommend trying a colder plug at a smaller gap like .045. factory gap is huge.

If you're maxing our your MAF it'll feel like an ignition problem, but it's not. I had the same problem with my Turbo T a few years back. I put an LS1 MAF and a translator (gotta love the old OBD1 ECMs) on it and no more cutting out over 10 psi. I eventually ran 18 psi in that car on the stock turbo. That was about all the stocker had in it. It was still pretty fast though.
