    Part 2

    Two days later

Ill be cleaning everything up then bringing the piping off to paint. (Family friend does great work)

We will be treating etc then sprayed.

The stainless piping will be done in a candy apple red but a little darker or I might just do black idk yet

the Black piping will just get a black re-spray. Ill be buying new couplers later on too.

I'm storing everything in the back corner of the basement lol

Getting the 65# injectors in next week. Im looking on supra forums Ive had a few offers for the tial but way to much on there.

I have 1 question what is the Lq4 maf good up to? Also LQ4 vs LT1 etc

A stock Maff will work plenty for this setup. I dont beleive anyone would recomend the LQ4 MAF over the stock one for a turbo setup. I had the LQ4 Maff on my SC setup but when I went turbo, I sold it and returned the stock one in its place.
Yeah its a grand prix, so what, wanna fight about it.

You can get away with the stock maf for a little awhile. Th LT1 Maf is a nice choice because of the headroom over the stock maf and LQ4. Also with the heat of the turbo and IC piping size the LT1 is a good choice. There is ways to rework the stock maf. You can use the 99+ stock maf in a larger housing(DIY), or use a AFC 1.1 or newer to scale the freq. back.
Another option outside of that is trimming the bottom plastic off the maf. Easy to do with 97-98style mafs.

Just a heads up from a former CT owner. You might want to consider swaping wastegates if its in the budget. Once you starting running higher boost the evo will give you boost creep and overall odd boost fluctuation that you will never be able to fix without swaping wastegates. This isnt just on 3800 kits, alot of EVO wastegate owners have this problem. Its only a 35mm wastegate, not a 38 like most say. Also if you can blend the wastegate inlet tube that mates to the rear mani it could help some. Outside of a noise gain, an open wastegate dump would not be a horrible idea. Before the install is done mounting a homemade Co2 sprayer or water mister for the front mount would be good for cooling would be a nice thing. easier to figure out mounting before you finish the install of the front bumper. Also insulating your cold side piping in the fender well from your hotside. You dont have to do it the whole run but where they touch for mounting gets a little hot. Also if your sticking with the stock radiator think about a pusher fan behind the IC for extra air to the radiator and ac condensor.

Good idea on wraping and the blanket. the coating on the crossover and DP is nice for heat but header wraping both will make you alot happier if you ever have to work on the car less then 3 hours after driving.
What are you doing for an air filter?

looks like a nice build coming. im a turbo noob, but where do u tap for the oiling of the turbo? im always pondering the idea of going turbo but stuff like where the oil feed/return lines go as well as figuring on the vac lines and adjusting the wastegate(or using a manual boost controller?) gets me all confused. *subscribed so i can learn more about turbo setups

No tapping at all bro! It uses the sending system that is already in place.

At the back of the motor down by the oil filter is your oil pressure sending unit. this is a standard NPT fitting. just get a T fitting and an extension..and run the line to the turbo. you will retain the sending unit and have an oil supply line.

the return line...... I have mine where the level sensor used to be....again. its an NPT fitting.

Yep. Im picking up a set of 65# injectors sometime this week or next locally. And I will be getting a Tial Q 50mm Red Anodized BOV. Once I get those in then all I need is a tune and I should be good to install.

I got the al103's gaped at 45, Throtle Body Gasket etc a few days ago. Nothing big but since you wants pics :P

Here are the injectors I am picking up. Less then 3k on them. Ill take pics once I get them.
