That was about 8.7 seconds form the time he jumped off the brake. 8.5 seconds are where most 3800 N/A's are at. I see some at 8 too. Could be that the Bonneville is heavier than the GP. I'll test mine once I get the PCS changed.

Pretty much, you could also get a plog from zzp also which replaces the front manifold, its the most restrictive part of your exhaust. And is a easy bolt-on compared to doing headers.

I wouldn't call it quick. I used to think it's fast. It feels a good bit spunkier with some light mods and tuning though.
