L26 Block
NIC cam
105# valve springs
Street tune
3.5" pulley
Open Cone
And I'm not sure about the XP shift points, but my trans is stock/stock tune.

That car needs way smaller of a pulley and a tune to reap benefits.

Right? I have a gen V with a 3.1 pulley, NIC, headers and N* setup and it domestically abuses the street.
I was runnin the 3.25 pulley that day too to be safe cause im getting KR on the 3.1 with my fuel pump dieing.
Id trade for a NIC any day. If i hadn't gotten a stupid deal on my XP I would have gotten a NIC.
With race gas and a 2.8 I think, according to ZZplease's website.
Any links or any specific throughly explained examples you wish to share to go into more detail?
I wouldn't stress about it too much. Granted the NIC seems to love smaller pulleys than the XP (on similar setups), both are still good cams.
Oh yea, and headers lol and I'm on a Gen 3, Gen V just came in the mail today lol
Yea, main reason I didn't wanna push it to the limit was bc of the trans.
Yea your engine mod list is way bigger than mine. I'd love to race you on my ported Heads/Gen V/E85 setup lol

With an NIC and headers, I can't see why you couldn't run anywhere from a 3.2-3.3 on a gen 3. With 1.9 rockers, headers, ZZP intake and a 180 tstat I ran a 3.3 on my car before the gen v, cam and N* setup.
