Haha I know it sucks...my buddy has a 2000 v6 Mustang(stock) and I used to race him all the time on the highway at 3am with my old v6 94 Camaro(W/ Full Flowmaster) I smoked him with no probz. But... with my gtp s/c (stock) he beat me by like 3 car lengths....friggin sucks. Actually the only thing I like about this gtp is that it is 4 door. Other than that it has given me nothing but problems since ive had it. :P I had to sell my Camaro cuz I just had a baby boy and it was a p.i.t.a to get him in and out of the car. :'(
There is something wrong with your gtp then. It should beat gts and make v6 look laughable
lmao you got beat by v6 stang? my n/a 3800 can takem out no probs, like dsmuts said something is wrong with your gtp
Ikno right it sucks. dafaq is wrong with it...idk... runs fine, the code it throws is P0332 P0453 P0650. Probably is more crap wrong with it tho it has given me nothing but probs since ive got it. First impression for grand prix's via my 1st sucks. :P
OBD-II Trouble Code: P0332 Knock Sensor Circuit Low Input (Bank 2)
P0453 DTC Evaporative Emissions Control System Pressure Sensor High Input
Kid had a v6 mustang back in trade school, tried to pull it off as a v8 with posi, needless to say he got spanked by this kids grand am gt haha
lmao slowpoke
LOL Its gotten the name of a Grand POS . Ive only had it since early december.. Ill fix everything, you shouldve seen my camaro when I first got it...
Its cold and I dont have my garage and all the tools I need right now. And damn sure not going to pay someone else to do it!! Ill get everything fixed before the summer. :P
Knock Sensor is like 45$ probably gonna do that this weekend wont take long..but the rest im probably gonna need help on. Im not good with electrical stuff. Hopefully my teacher will let me bring my car into the shop and he'll look at it to. See if he can help. Im in college and major is automotive technology. And....Ill make a thread too ha.
lmaoo @slowpoke
just make sure you torque the knock sensor to the right specs or it won't work right.
^^That.
And it ain't much either.
Pretty sure you could get it to the TQ specs with a few turns by hand.
