    ok so i have had more kills then this 1 but figured i would write about this 1 anyways . this guy in a 04-05 srt-4 neon pulled up next to me getting on the freeway and revs up his engine so i can hear his turbo whine so i do the same so he can hear my s/c whine . he takes off and cuts into the emergency lane to go around the car in front of him so i catch up to him on the freeway and we slow to about 60 mph and both step on it , i get about 2 cars on him and slow down . he catches back up and decides he wants more so we go again this time he jumps early i still walk right past him . he looks over give me a thumbs up and i do the same . i just love the way people dont expect our cars to be fast . anyways it was a great way to start my day .
    1998 GTP , 3" down pipe w/cat , u-bend delete , full 3" exhaust w/ magnaflows , no resonator , powerslot front rotors , Overkill PCM , Overkill FWI , 180* t-stat , 1* colder plugs , alt. re-wire , alt. stage 1 booster . 215 whp and 238 torque .

    Nice one! I have a good friend with one, fully ported everything, upgraded turbo for 30psi, 114 fuel, racing tires, and stage two clutch...he smokes the hell out of me, but all I have is u-bend and resonator delete.

    ^^^^ yea his car is problew good for 11's if he can drive it. stock they are 13.8 ive seen them go 13.3 with just a block mod in the rear springs.

    My buddy runs mid 12's depending on the day and all. I think his best is 12.2...he gave me two cars from a dig, and then 6!! cars from a dig, and I still had no chance. I think with slicks, and a good day, he could break 11's...Still even stock I can't touch em...so again, nice...where did you get your pcm upgrade...can it do a lot without much mods for me...and can it be altered for future modding?

    he may have 230 hp and 250 tq. but is that at the wheels ? i got 215 hp and 238tq at the wheels before i got my exhaust . (doubt it went up much but it feels alot more responsive w/ exhaust) .

    i also read alot about those srt-4's running in the high 13's stock that is why i posted this kill .

    God those srt-4's piss me off, its because my friend just got one, he was never into racing or modding and then his grandma bought him a stage 2 srt4 and i know those things are mad fast, he laughs and says haha i could beat you in a neon and i just tell him thats not hardly a neon, only thing neon about it is the fram and lights, the engine,suspention,tranny r different, i belive the engine comes out of a pt cruiser.

    Srt-4 are pieces of trash..
    Made very poorly.
    They are pretty quick but still trash. And if he wants to call it a neon let him!
    Thats worse on his part.

    True to that, im waiting for the new cobalt ss to come out with the tubo i'm not sure if it's out yet or not but it's very quick and it's just as quick as the srt-4 and if they make stage upgrades like dodge did the mopar kits that would be nice, i actully think gm did make stage kits for the old balt ss but im not sure.

    and i can beat a near stock ss supercharged, idk what he had but he couldent beat me at the track. i went 14.6 at 91 to his 14.8 at 95. it also broke and he had to take it back to the dealership

    I'm verry impressed with the new cobalt, their producing 260hp and 260ft.trq using the ecotec engine, I remember when i remember the 95-99 talon tsi/eclipes gst had 210hp and 205 ft trq and i thought that was great and fast the 4 cylinder turbo engines are getting alot better since then.

    Eco-techs are some or the strongest new motors out there.

    I have mixed reviews on them but I have yet to drive one?
