He has a Aeroforce gauge in the car and it reads 0 KR.. I guess i'll let him say more seeing is it's his car haha
I raced one once from a dig. Idk what year it was but i never left his side untill he shifted into 3rd and started to pull away(slowly). Of course i also had two of my buddies in the car, one whos weighs a little over 200 so his fat ass didnt help me much lol. But im almost positive if it was just me in the car it would have been a dead even race.
350's and G35's it really comes down to two things. Year and transmission. 06+ they're monsters due to the updated dual TB VQ35VHR. Then there's the transmission. Auto just doesn't do them justice, mated with a 6-speed they run easy 13's, but the auto makes 'em lose almost a full second
I had an 03 350z with some mods (CAI, Kinteics SSV Intake Plenum, and full Borla setup with resonated test pipes) and while they are not speed demons, they are fairly quick. If launched correctly, they are right in the powerband of the VQ. I am sure that my mods certainly helped, if I remember correctly when I dynoed it it was at 263 HP at the wheels. I will admit, though, that it was ready for a full engine build and twin turbo setup, which should have put it at 550whp on pump gas, according to the enging builder. As stated earlier, the big weakness on the earlier VQ's would have been the intake tract...very, very restricted. Best way to see what happens is to line them up, and punch it!!!
