I have a couple of funny stories to tell about my driving experiences the past couple of days. I just got my car back on the road so I admittedly have been playing around in it a little. Last night on my way home a 94/95 mustang gt with at least some exhaust work came by me doing about 10 faster than me so I decided I had to catch up. I guess he noticed because when I got close to being alongside his car he gave it some throttle so I punched it for a second and let off as I was passing him. At that moment I heard him really get in it so I laid into it until I passed him again, at which time we both slowed down again to have an equal go. I gave him the jump since I already realized my car was quicker and stayed in it up to about 125 and then let off. He was still giving it all he had because as soon as I let off he came wizzing past me but as soon as he did he was hard on the brakes to get back down to my speed. He waved and was laughing and I think he was surprised but humored to see a 4 door family car blow his doors off.

Then today I was making a parts run for a completely different build and a riced out 350z came flying by me so I figured I had to give him a go even though I figured he would probably pull on me. Well he caught some traffic which gave me a perfect chance to make my presence known and as soon as the other cars moved over he was right back in it so naturally so was I. We stayed about even until the next set of cars in the way where I was a little ahead and he pulled behind me until the other cars were out of the way. I gradually passed them giving the 350z a chance to get beside me but rather than that, in typical rider faction he floored it as soon as he was in the other lane so I floored it and hy the time he was beside me, I was going as fast as him and to both of our surprise I started pulling on him. I finally let off about 130 and he flew by me and I never saw him again. I guess he was either in a big hurry or wasnt as good of a sport as the mustang driver. He did make sure to avoid eye contact the whole time by keeping his head perfectly straight which I thought was kind of funny and another typical ricer thing. Man, I love owning a moderately fast granny car!

Not much yet. 3.4 pulley, intake tube, 180 thermostat, autolite 104s, and pcm flash. Sometime soon hopefully after I get some other things worked out I will be doing 3.2 pulley, supercharger and intake porting, throttle body, headers, bigger rockers, radiator, and maybe a couple of other things depending on time and money.

no headers? boom is coming. and you'll not be running a 3.2 with out a ic or e85.

Yeah, I know I definitely need to get headers sooner rather than later. Been trying to be fairly easy on it until I can get some but just getting it back on the road after sitting for a while makes that a bit harder to do lol. IC is on my want list but I have to do everything on a budget these days so I'm not sure that will happen anytime soon. I figure since I have no knock with 3.4 now, maybe I would be ok with 3.2 after headers, rockers, and intake/supercharger work. You think not? What would be required to run e85 on these cars?

That's cool, they were completely made up anyway. and yeah, trying to not blow my engine up anytime soon but if I do I guess that will be a good excuse for a fresh build just with the bummer of the car being down for that much longer again

what are you scanning with for kr? i really find it hard to believe your on a 3.4 pulley and nothing else really but a canned tune.

Nah a 94/95 gt only had 225 hp. If it was stock I can see a gtp rolling it.....now a 3.4 with no supporting mods and no kr. That's bs for sure.

My brother's G35 with the 3.5 is damn quick. His car beat a Comp-G awhile ago. A 350Z is even faster, so maybe he wasn't trying or didn't know how to drive.
