What do ya'll think of these? I'm looking for rims for my 00 Imp project, and have become smitten with these rims. Only bad thing, they're 17's, and I think 18's would be the best way to go. Also, they are a bit narrow. If anyone else has seen rims in this style, but in a bit larger size, I'd be eternally grateful.

18"x8.0" shows on their actual website...now that might kill the price factor ordering from TireRack...but the actual pn# for those wheels straight from Advanti are B288514425.

    Like I stated, that's for the 18x8, 5x114.3...in black.

Sweet mother of pearl. . .that is awesome. Now just to find a dealer.

How do you feel about these? Have you seen others that look like this? I lost hope for classy rims after browsing ebay and tire rack for an hour.

They aren't really that bad, IMO.

I'd just want more lip than spoke is all...which is why I always went with Bullitt wheels. Cheap, wide, simple, 5-spoke with plenty of different color options, even factory. I think the wheel wells in the Imp's are quite larger than a GP anyways, so you'd be able to get away with more rim/tire tucked in there too. All in all, your call...I'd rock them but I'm not very picky about wheels and I like simple. 5-spoke wheel with a polished lip + color = simple to me.

Exactly my thoughts, except for the lip. I like the flush spoke look, and it's body color. I may have to check out bullits, since it looks as though these are 200 a piece. Ouch. also, lug pattern is 5 x 112. I'm not sure if this will work.

    Bullitt's will fit.

    Easily.

Had them on both of my GP's.

You want to stick with either stock 5x115 or 5x114.3 for more options.

Those would look fantastic on an Imp. Not in 17 tho. 18 min 20 max. What's the offset on the 18x8's? I can tell you exactly how low offset you can go before rubbing on an Imp.

I believe those are 32 offset. I want the wheel well's filled up, with out a weight penalty on huge rims. So my proposed set up are those rims in 18 in trim, AGX's, and SSC lowering springs.

With that offset you'll be exactly the same in the front as mine (almost flush with a tiny bit of poke) and in the rear it womt rub if you roll the fenders. I've got the same suspension setup as well.

Imho, I think the spokes are too skinny (first post) if they were fatter, the wheel would be nice

My signature is a better representation as I have a lot of audio gear in the back right now. But that's going away after the sound comp this weekend. I'm trying to find pics before I had that stuff in there

This is probably the best I have right now:

Just the rear would be a bit higher
