Hi, I found a set of 17" 5x114.3 rims for sale locally for a decent price. Some searching makes me thing these rims are from a 2000ish Chrysler 300M. After doing some searching here on the forums I have found 2 threads that discuss these rims.

One thread states that they will need spacers to clear the GP calipers http://www.grandprixforums.net/new-wheels-35070.html.
The other threads states that they will fit just fine lol. http://www.grandprixforums.net/help-...nfo-41876.html

What I need to know is if anyone has put these on there cars and how they fit?

Here is a picture of the rims and tires:

I am looking at these because my car only has winter tires on it and I will need to get something before spring. I can get these rims & tires cheaper than buying a new set of tires.

    Thanks!

measure the hub bore. a ruler will get you close enough.

so long as it's the same or bigger than stock they'll fit perfectly.

Did some more searching on these rims and it looks like they have a hub bore of 71.5 so they should fit without a problem?

Being your stock hub is 70.3 it should fit.

How did you like them on your car?

There are another set of rims here for sale for a decent price. They are 20's though, I don't really want to go that big but the price is pretty good. They are 5x115 but the guy isn't sure what the offset is. I'm thinking they are going to stick out to far. Here is a picture of them on a van apparently lol. I would really like to get 18's but can't find any around and I am to cheap to buy new lol.

The more I look at these 20's the more I don't like them, not enough sidewall on the tires and if they stuck out like this on my car then there is not a chance I would use them lol.

Here's the question for this thread. Can anyone find/take better pics of these rims on a Grand Prix?

They do look pretty good. Now I have a dilemma. I can buy these rims plus tires for $600 (about what it would cost just for the tires here) or I can pick up a 2000 Black GTP with rod knock for $400 but I can't do both lol.

Hmmm The picture I originally posted looks different than the rims in these pictures. Yeah the ones I am looking at are 10 spoke, the rims in these pics are 12. The 12 spokes look alot better imo.

these wheels look good... but the chrome they use is JUNK. its going to oxidize and peel. where the valve stem goes through always leaks... so get a can of bead sealer and get ready for some flat tires
