I recently, bought some (well not my money) sport edition E1 Wheels and sold the black bullits. These wheels are a inch bigger (18's) and i believe have a +35 mm offset, same bolt pattern at the bullits and the width is 8 inches. Need ideas on Tires and what color i should paint the wheels or leave them how they are.

Dont paint them, the look great as is. I believe the correct tire size you are looking for is 245/45/18s.

they'll go lower than 1.5", trust me.

and yes, leave them silver. not only will they look better unpainted, but their resale value will remain proper.

the springs will probably go around 2-2.5" fully dropped and settled.

and for that price range you've got a lot of choices in tires, hit up tire rack and go to town.

Correct, you get what you pay for, cheap tires are cheap tires.

They will be fine for dry and most wet situations. They are not a all season tire. Tread wear will not be very long either.

    The tread wear is 340AA.

Compare that to most tires that are atleast 400 to as high as 800ish.

400 is around 25-30k, 800 can be as high as 70k miles.

Close... if you buy them soon, NS-II - OnlineTires.com
    is only $87.67 ea.

Get a quote for the total shipped to you, and then buy accordingly. Alot of places do "sell them cheaper" but you pay more in shipping so you get jacked without realizing. Be sure to check this.
