I have an 02 grand prix, I was wondering if the 16x8 wheels off of a 02 trans am will fit on my car safely, the will have a 225/55-16 tire on them. I thinks the difference is with the offset... but i really have no idea

The bolt pattern is different.
They will not fit.

GP bolt pattern = 115x5 || 114.3x5
TA bolt pattern = 120x5
Also, 225/55 is a wierd tire size to see on a TA. So skinny.

Has to be off a Firebird... not a TA. The TA "usually" have 17x9's not the 16x8's. Even still tho... you are right... on a 8" wheel a 225/anything is too dam skinnyOriginally Posted by TeeWX
