Found a set of 4 chrome torque star wheels on a grand prix that was in a junkyard. they look in great shape. Not bent and only a little curb rash. They want 200 for all 4. Does this sound like a good price for these?

Not really...I'd pay probably 100-150 for them from a junkyard.
tires any good?
all the tread was good but 2 tires were low on air and im not sure if theres a hole or somethin.
I just bought a set of 4 same thing just a little curb rash $44.00 so I guess I did well?
Adjusting for the year old thread and the curb rash, yes, I would say that is a good price
Those are the rims I want to get next time I need to get tires. I hate the crosslace on my car now, they are so hard to clean, not to mention they are just not 1.618!
Like to help you out I may be able to get another set problem is shipping costs and I did not know they were the lightest I was going to put them on my van but now knowing that I may put them on my DD grand prix
This is an exerpt from a post by matt:
torque star = 14-15lbs
crosslace = 15lbs? (not 100%sure)
flat 5 star = 17lbs-18lbs? (not 100% sure)
snow flake (3 star) = 21-22lbs
I've seen a few sets around the STL area for sale but none of them were clean enough (too much curb rash for me). Still half tempted to just grab a set of used 18x9 bullits and have them either powdered black w/ a polished lip or blue like the car w/ a polished lip.
