How hard is it to find White GP wheels, and what were they originally available on? I've seen some pics of cars with them. I have a white '00 GP GT, and thought the white wheels would look nice. I saw a pair on eBay, but I'd rather buy all four at once.

They look nice, but there a ***** to clean. You may want to rethink that. I had a 1993 GPSE w/ factory white wheels, It was miserable cleaning those wheels 2-3 times a week. I used every product out there to make the job easier, nothing worked! Only stuff that would touch them when they were really dirty was gasoline and a scrub brush. The finish was never affected at all believe it or not. They are the worst rims to keep clean, believe me. I think you'll regret getting them but thats up to you. Figured i'd warn you first...

97s had them and so did 95-96 GPs in a different offset which look better on out cars IMO.

I agree w/ Vinnie, if your going to get white wheels, get the 95-96 style, they would look way better than the 97+ style, I wish I would of thought of that. There still going to suck to clean though...

Ugh, guess I'll pass then. This is my daily driver, so I won't be washing the car every week let alone the wheels! Oh well, a man can dream...

I currently have white wheels and it all depends on how much your pads dust. if yuo have ceramic pads you'll be cleaning less often.

Vinnie, you car looks badass with the white Bullets, your car is one of my favorites I see.

I think white wheels on white cars look awesome, trust me I had mine...

It took alot of work making those wheels looks so good. I tried 4 different types of pads, none of them seemed to help much. That car was my DD and only car, I always kept it looking good. The body was perfect, so was the interior. Probably one of the slickest Pre-Gen GPs this side of the country. You never see none-B4U packages like mine with factory Duals, Factory Spoiler w/ Light, Package shelf light delete, power antenna, Painted mirriors and lower trim, and white wheels. The original owner special ordered it that way. It had all the power options, only missing leather, HUD, and a CD player. I always got compliments on that car. Should of never sold it, oh well thats another story.

About 6 months before I sold the car I bought a set of KMC Motion wheels for it...

Then after I sold the car I put those KMC wheels on my current car...

(Before the hood and the Spoiler)

Like I said, white wheels loook bad ass on any white GP, just be prepared for alot of elbow grease often to keep it looking good.

Dumbass questions but those are Mustang Bullet wheels right? If so did you have them stripped and coated/painted to match your car? Or can you buy White Bullet wheels? They match well, thats why i'm curious.

I think my 1993 GP SE wheels were powter coated or something, they definatly weren't painted. They always were glossy and stayed looking good, even with gasoline on them. Whatever they were coated with, it was tough ****! They were perfect back then and they were over 9 years old!

They were bought from "wheelindex" on ebay stores already painted like this. I'm not sure if it's paint of PC to be truthful.

I always look for them to see if they are still carried and they rarely pop up anymore.

I love the monochrome look w/white wheels.

This is my third white car w/white wheels (1994 Z28, 1995 GP, 2001 GP), and my second set of white wheels on the 2001 GP.

Cleaning them is not such a big deal. Just a bucket of warm water with car wash soap (not dish soap) and about 10 minutes.

^^Those look really good! Bonnie GXP wheels?

My car came with the white 5-spokes, but started to peel pretty badly and I was too stupid to just get them stripped and re-coated. I bought some torque stars and left the white 5-spokes at home while I was at school and my dad decided to toss them.

    I really liked them.

Thanks... yes, they are Bonneville GXP wheels. Had them refinished (obviously). :-)

Your old wheels are similar to what were on my 1995 GP.

Oh, that is sexy. I haven't owned a white car for years, but that one is a beauty. The debadge and white GXPs look great!!

Vinnie's with the Bullitts is sweet as well.

Love my stock white wheels. Not hard to clean at all for me. BTW Keifer what kind of tails are those. I didnt think the Altezza lights would look good on a white car, but yours look nice, I might need to check those out.
