Turn Signal Module

Where is it located on the 04+ Grand Prix's? it should look like a large black square, like the ones on the fuse block but none of those are for the turn signals. I'm looking to replace it for one adjusted to work with LED turn signals to fix the flash rate.

I'd bet it's digitally controlled. No flasher module, just the BCM sending signals and then the radio making clicking sounds.

Load resistors. They draw enough current to fool simulate a filament bulb, eliminating hyperflash.

They do produce a lot of heat, though, so you have to make sure to mount them away from anywhere where they could melt through wires or cause a fire. This is why a lot of members don't recommend them.

The turn signal clicking noise has always bugged me. After searching all over this forum, I could not find any directions for the location of the turn signal module. So the other day I went head first into the project. I tore down the whole front dash of my 2005 GP, and I located the module that creates the clicking noise. The module is located on the same circuit board that the speedometer/tachometer is located on. I traced the noise back there and got rid of the noise. Probably a half hour project in all, but it could be done faster.
