Top Speed of GTP



Bone stock, PFYC is claiming 155. Don't know how true that is, just read it on their site about the PCM.
 
Anybody here gotten 155 out of there GTP? I thought it would be a lot lower. Might be a stupid question, but besides gearing if your running a turbo, would that increase it a lot?
 
i've done 152 before with my 3.29 gears and the mods in my sig. I could have gone faster. But i wouldnt suggest it. theres no reason to in my opinion.



 
And you can see how close i was to redlining with the gearing I have.Thats why i didnt push it any further. Another was because i didnt have the laptop in the car.
 
Thats really fast with 3.29 gears. Stock gears are around 2.9 right? I doubt I will ever go that fast, maybe once, but your right really no need too.
 


yea i did almost 140 with my completly stock gtp. its an 04 tho, gen 5 blower and 3.29 gears. i would say whatever the 3rd gears tops out at because 4th aint going to pull at those speeds. not stock. 135 i would say.
