Supercharger Pulley Swap

Im lookin to swap my 3.8" stock pulley for a 3.4". when i bought the car it had the 3.4" pulley on it but the supercharger was replaced last summer because of a broken nose drive. I was looking on a website and it said i should put colder range spark plugs in it, i was wondering if that was true and if so can anyone recomend a good spark plug? maybe some other mods too? thanks

Not too sure what ur car has done to it already... but u will need more than plugs if the car is stock to drop to a 3.4.

what is it tuned for? 3.8 or 3.4? What other mods do you currently have that are not stock? Yes.......you will need to run cooler plugs if you do this, but that is not all you will need? What plugs are in there now and were you running this plug when the 3.4 was in there? Do you have any type of scanning devices that you can use to monitor?(aeroforce or the like)-mostly for KR or for A/F?

i got a cold air intake, an custom exhaust, msd ignition, i had different spark plugs in it when i had the 3.4" pulley on it. it ran fine with no knock. i heard the autolite 104s foul easy and that the 103s are 2 ranges colder than stock, is that true?

If your FOULING plugs then something else is wrong. We recomend that you change you autolite plugs aout every 8000-10000 miles.

The 103's are 3 heat ranges colder than stock. You want the hottest spark possible without causing knock from that plug being to hot.

i run 103s in my car because i havent swapped them out since i was running smaller pullies yet, but when i go to change them in another round of oil change and misc. maintenance im going back to 104s. the car feels like a dog right now with low timing on a 3.4.
