Strange Rattle Noise?

Hi everyone, My 2004 GTP has been making a strange rattle noise at low rpm. It only seems to happen at around 2k rpm in any gear. It will make the noise in Park, but only for a split second. I'm not mechanically inclined at all. All I know how to do is change the oil. I've listened to what rod knock sounds like on youtube and it doesn't sound like that at all. I thought it was the heat shield, but that wasn't it either.

check the belt pulleys, remove the belts, hand spin all pulleys. you looking for one that dont spin free or has a gritty feel when turning it, also check the ac clutch ring the belt rides on. one way to eliminate the ac is does it make the sound when the ac is on? (only if the ac works)
 
Thank you for the suggestion, but I feel like it might be something under the car or even possibly transmission related :(. Not that I have much knowledge on the matter, but all pulleys are fine except water pump has a bit of a wiggle. The water pump gives more of a squeak though. The sound in question sounds almost like a hollow rattle; similar to a tin can rotating inside another tin can. :confused:
