Hi guys ! im new on this forum and i speak french. sorry for my english ! :P I want to know if someone here know how remplace both airbags on my Grand prix GP 2004. i had a little accident and both airbags deployed.. is someone here have a good video or good informations ill be very happy cuz i dont want to spend 3000$ ! Thx !!

You will need to remove the dashboard cover to change the passengerside. The driverside is usually just the front of the wheel. Once that is done, a dealer or someone with the proper tool can reset the module for them.
 
I am not sure. I've only taken apart 97-03 and the airbag is under the dash board pad. The pad might need to be changed as well on your year.
 
Don't be a fool. I think that $3000 is a very sound sound investment to have the airbags replaced safely and properly. How much is your life worth to you anyhow. $3000 is nothing compared to being dead because you decided to replace the airbags yourself and they either deployed at an inadvertant time or worse yet didn't deploy when you needed them to and now you are dead or at the least seriously injured rather than spend a little cash to insure your safety and the safety of those who travel with you.
 


^^^They bolt in,plug in,and a qualified shop resets the module (or tells you something is bad) not much to screw up.
 
u will have to replace both seat belts both air bags most of the time the clock spring gets melted and also the derm or the air bag module will have to be replaced as it is a one time use only for safety reasons might also have to replace the belt buckles due to them having pre tensioners in them
 
You will need to replace both the passenger side air bag module and the instrument trim panel. The list price on the passenger side air bag is $750, depending on installed options, the instrument trim panel is a bit north of a grand.

It's quite possible that the pretensioners in the seat belts have fired. You'll need to replace them if they have.
