• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

ABS and Brake light are staying on, but more over, When I replaced the left side axle, it was not going in over the ring pin. I took off the ring and placed inside the new axle (in the groove of course). It was still not going on as easy as it should so I used a hammer and "gently " tapped it in. I believe it seated, but now it appears to be leaking. Not sure if I damaged the seal on removal, or did some more serious damage forcing it in place. Can any damage occur that way?

Did you make sure you plugged all the abs wire clips back in?

Do a good visual and physical inspection of the boot. It doesn't take a whole lot to rip them.

Yes. The both sides are clipped it. The leak looks like the transmission seal (tranny fluid) seal, but I am hoping I did not screw it up by using the hammer. If so I guess I am replacing the shaft as well. Hard job ??
