Newbie looking for upgrade tips

Hello all! I am new to the forum, although not new to the Grand Prix ownership world. I have a stock 2005 Grand Prix GT (GT packaged added dual exhaust). I am looking for decent upgrades that can be performed by someone with a basic mechanical experience level, as well as a reasonable budget. Looking for more in the way of acceleration, handling, and all together power from the car. Any ideas are welcome!
 


welcome but don't even go down the road of modding an NA past a DIY intake it's nothjng but a waste of money I've been down that road
