I just got approved on a loan and im picking it up tomorrow. Its a 2000 Grand prix GTP coupe. I have never owned a vehicle with a supercharger or a turbo. What are some routine check-ups and what not do I need to look out for? and just over all things to look out for as i've also never owned a pontiac/gm. thanks for your help

Check all your fluids, including your supercharger fluid. On the snout of the s/c, there will be a little round plug that takes an allen wrench to loosen. There should be a little bit of fluid on the bottom of the plug when you take it out. Make sure it doesn't smell burned, and when you feel it, its nice and smooth.

Start the car up and let it idle for a few minutes. Pop the hood and listen for any knocks/rattles. When you drive it, downshift/upshift through all the gears, and make sure the tranny is solid.

Other than that, drive it like you stole it...even tho you paid for it XD.

Also, read though this, it will be your Bible.

This is the introduction section... all questions should be asked in the appropriate section.

Intro sections are kinda lame and a waste of resources anyways.

You get to know the person a little better through posting in the other sections and even more-so the chat.

My fan won't blow air hard. It comes out cold and hot just not blowing. So I don't know if it's a blower motor, resistor or a fuse.
