Heater Not Working

I have a 05 GTP Comp G with the 3800 series III supercharged engine heres a list of things i changed on the car

1.New Radiator
2.New Thermostat
3.New Hoses
4.New Clamps
5.New DexCool Recommended Antifreeze/Coolant
6.New Overflow/Back Up Container for Coolant
For some reason or another the heater isnt working, both the radiator & coolant container are full with DexCool Antifreeze Coolant so i dont understand why the heater isnt getting hot.I noticed this last night while on my way to work,i always let all my cars run until they reach normal and safe operating temps before i pull off,no matter the weather,i live at least 20 miles from my job,but after almost 13 or so miles no heat just cold air blowing out the vents, both fans are working car is running at normal operating temp, but i cant figure out why the heat isnt working, the heater core nor the water pump is leaking so im just wondering what could it be?????

did you have no heat and then replaced the list of parts above? or is this what happened after you did all this maintenance?

if this happened before the work listed, i'd think actuator, for the blend door, if after im thinking air in the system.

grab the heater core hoses and see if both are hot, if so its should be the actuators not working. if cold, air in the system, bleed it.

This how it happened i changed the hoses, coolant and themostat because the car was getting a little too hot this was during october it still was hot in my area so i was running the a/c,but when it turned cold i tried the heater nothing came out but cold air.....i changed the radiator because it ran hot again with the new thermostat, coolant and hoses, the shop i took it to sent it to a radiator shop and found out the old radiator was stopped up,another guy said that the heater control valve was probably bad,i checked both heater core hoses and both are getting hot,is the heater control valve and actuator the same thing?
