GTP radiator fit in GT?

Thinking of buying an ebay radiator. My GP is a '97 GT. I notice the GTP radiator is the same dimensions except it's 3/8 inch thicker (1" as apposed to 5/8") and weighs 3 lbs more. Will it fit and mount OK in my GT? I'd like to get the added cooling for a few bucks more if I can. It gets real hot here in the summer time.

In short...yeah, they fit too. Direct replacement.

Yes they fit. I just put a gtp spectra replacement in mine.

Yes they fit. I just put a gtp spectra replacement in mine.

Just finished mine last weekend. Absolutely no problems with fitment. Hardest part of the job was putting the engine mount dogbones back on. Had to manhandle the motor to get them to line up. Runs cool as a cucumber now.

if your still monitoring your thread get an oversized radiator from w body store its so worth it in the end
