Door Card Adhesive?

Hey everyone, When i bought my GP (99 Gtp Coupe) about a month ago, I noticed the top left of the driver side door card would be loose from the actual door. But not in the way thats its missing screws, but were the door card meets the B pillar its out of place. I can push it back in but it ends up dislodging again after 10 seconds or a slight touch or bump. Is there an adhesive that holds the top left side of the door car to the door? or do is this a common problem for these GPs? Thanks!

If you look at that image (Not my car) if you see on the top left, that corner of the door car is almost dislodged from the door.
 


IIRC, the upholstery is wrapped around the lip and stapled to the plastic backing. Then the black c-channel strip runs along the length. If yours is loose there then you could probably pull the door panel and put some gorilla glue under it and clamp it down and let the glue set.
